2. Information we collect
2.1. Information you provide directly
- Account information: username, email address (if you register with email), password (stored only as a hashed value, never in plain text).
- Authentication tokens used to keep you logged in.
- Support or feedback messages you send to us.
2.2. Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, language and region settings, app version, crash reports and basic performance metrics.
- Usage data: game modes you play (casual, ranked, local, vs bot), match outcomes (win/loss/draw), rating (ELO) changes, matchmaking and room-code events.
2.3. Third‑party sign‑in (Apple)
- If you sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier from Apple and, optionally, your display name and email. We use this information only to create and maintain your game account and keep you logged in.
3. How we use your information
We use the collected data to:
- Provide and operate the App and its features.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, cheating, and unauthorized access.
- Maintain and improve performance, fix bugs, and design new features.
- Communicate with you (support, security notices, important changes).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Legal bases for processing (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract – to provide the App and its features.
- Legitimate interests – to operate, secure, and improve the App.
- Consent – where we explicitly ask for it (for example certain notifications).
5. Data sharing
We may share your data only with:
- Service providers: hosting, database/backup, analytics or crash‑reporting tools (if used), who process data on our behalf.
- Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or other users.
- Other players: limited information such as your username, avatar/initials, rank/ELO, and match history may be visible inside the game (e.g. leaderboards, match screens).
We do not publicly share your email address or authentication tokens.
6. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active or as long as necessary to provide the App and for the purposes described above. If you request account deletion from inside the App, we remove or anonymize your account data and directly linked records (for example matches, chat messages, reports) where technically reasonable.
Some data may be kept for a limited period for legal, security, or backup reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

8. Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or a higher age required by law in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age.
If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Using encrypted connections (HTTPS) where possible.
- Storing passwords only as secure hashes, not in plain text.
- Restricting access to production databases to authorized personnel only.
No system can be 100% secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
10. International transfers
Our servers may be located in a different country than where you live. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in other countries which may have different data‑protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for important changes, we may also notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
