Terms of Service – TicTacToe Pro

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TicTacToe Pro game (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License and allowed use

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your device for non‑commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law.
  • Circumvent or interfere with security, matchmaking, or fair‑play mechanisms.
  • Use cheats, bots, automation, or any third‑party tools that modify gameplay or give unfair advantages.
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or third‑party rights.

2. Account, security, and deletion

You are responsible for keeping your device and any login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You should notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may request account deletion from inside the App (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms,
  • Abuse bugs or exploits,
  • Use cheats or automation,
  • Engage in harassment or other harmful behavior.

3. Online services and availability

Some features (online multiplayer, leaderboards, rooms with friends) require an internet connection and access to our servers.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any online feature or the entire service at any time for maintenance, security, or business reasons. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error‑free.

4. User behavior and content

By using the App, you agree:

  • Not to harass, abuse, or bully other players.
  • Not to post, send, or share content that is illegal, hateful, racist, sexist, pornographic, or otherwise offensive.
  • Not to send spam, advertisements, or content that infringes any third‑party rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.).

We may monitor certain in‑game communication (for example match chat, room-code usage) solely to:

  • Enforce these Terms,
  • Prevent abuse, cheating, or fraud,
  • Maintain a safe environment for players.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

5. Virtual items and in‑game progression

The App may include virtual items, cosmetic content, matchmaking ratings (ELO), progression systems, or achievements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • These items and values have no real‑world monetary value.
  • They are licensed to you, not sold to you.
  • We may adjust, reset, or remove them as part of gameplay balance, anti‑cheat actions, or technical maintenance.

We are not obliged to compensate you for virtual items or progression lost due to account sanctions, server issues, bugs, or changes or discontinuation of the App.

6. Intellectual property

The App and its content (code, design, artwork, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and other intellectual‑property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

7. Third‑party services

The App may integrate or interact with third‑party services, such as:

  • Apple Sign‑In,
  • Platform services from Apple or Google,
  • Analytics or crash‑reporting tools (if used).

Your use of these services may be subject to those third parties’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or OS version.

You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss of data, device problems, or other damage arising from your use of the App, except where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you have paid for the App or in‑app purchases in the last 12 months (if any), or zero (0) if you have not made any payments.
  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may also notify you inside the App.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, courts in Istanbul, Turkey may have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or from your use of the App.
